Andrew L. Platt handles a wide variety of commercial litigation with a concentration on real estate related matters.
For more than 30 years, he has represented contractors, developers, property owners, and property managers in all manner of litigation including contract and lease disputes, mechanic’s lien and priority disputes, commercial and residential eviction matters and contests over the disposition and disbursement of lender’s escrowed funds.
In addition to his experience involving real estate related litigation, he handles matters involving suits to recover trade indebtedness and accounts receivable, suits on promissory notes and guarantees, bad checks and suits to recover property in replevin. Andy is well-versed in representing owners in the manufactured housing industry, including handling all manner of disputes relating to the ownership and management of mobile home communities.
