Mr. Bowman represents clients in a variety of matters, including contract disputes, commercial and residential lease disputes, construction disputes and suits on notes, guarantees and mechanics lien foreclosures, contested mortgage foreclosure actions, and commercial collection matters.
Prior to joining Kluever & Platt, Reas amassed substantial complex class action litigation experience in a diverse array of appellate, federal and state court litigation, in actions involving injunctions, securities fraud, consumer fraud, RICO, breach of contract, breach of warranty, common fund doctrine claims, and product liability. Reas also became a certified mediator with the Center for Conflict Resolution and mediated cases in the Illinois Circuit Court.
