Mr. Erlich focuses his practice in real estate, construction and business counseling. As part of his commercial real estate practice he represents developers, owners, contractors, sellers, purchasers, lenders, design professionals and other parties in a myriad of matters ranging from the drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements to the resolution of related disputes and claims. Mr. Erlich devotes a significant portion of his practice to the representation of developers of condominiums and mixed use developments. Mr. Erlich represents lenders and servicers in connection with the sale and liquidation of past-foreclosure assets. Mr. Erlich has amassed substantial experience in a wide range of real estate and business transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, construction contract negotiation and lease preparation.
