Ms. Land concentrates her practice in the representation of mortgage lenders and loan servicers in foreclosures and other real estate matters. Ms. Land has obtained substantial experience with mortgage foreclosure litigation over the past 16 years. Additionally, Ms. Land represents mortgage lenders and loan servicers in connection with housing court building code violation cases and related litigation.
