Mr. Lupinacci is an associate who practices general commercial litigation, which includes breach of contract and warranty actions, commercial paper disputes, mechanics liens and mortgage foreclosures.
Prior to joining Kluever & Platt, Mr. Lupinacci was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Joan E. Powell on the Commercial Calendar of the Law Division in the Circuit Court of Cook County where he gained considerable experience in contract disputes, pre-trial mediation and general civil practice.
While in law school, Mr. Lupinacci had the privilege of serving as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Marilyn Kelly of the Michigan Supreme Court.
