Mr. Phelps is an associate who has spent his career representing clients in all phases of civil litigation. Areas of law in which Mr. Phelps has practiced includes, but is not limited to, commercial litigation and creditor’s rights. While in Law School he was awarded the CALI award for excellence in his Advanced Trial Advocacy class.
