Mr. Platt is a partner with extensive commercial litigation experience, including representing clients in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate litigation and creditor right’s litigation. Mr. Platt represents clients in suits to recover trade indebtedness and accounts receivables, suits on promissory notes, guaranties, bad checks, commercial evictions, actions for conversion and other similar areas. In addition, he handles all manner of real estate related litigation including contract and lease disputes, mechanics lien disputes and construction litigation.
Mr. Platt has experience representing both secured lenders and mobile home park operators and managers in manufactured home replevin actions and is among the most experienced attorneys in the City of Chicago in the prosecution of eviction proceedings.
